("ParaDocs," "we," "us," or "our") website located at paradocsworldwide.com (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ParaDocs Worldwide Inc. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

ParaDocs Worldwide Inc. is a nationwide provider of on-site medical staffing and event medical services. Since 2011, we have provided emergency department-trained medical professionals — including physicians, nurses, paramedics, and EMTs — for events, festivals, concerts, sporting venues, construction sites, and film and television productions.

The Site serves as an informational resource about our company and services, a platform for prospective employees to apply for positions, and a point of contact for clients seeking medical staffing solutions. The actual provision of medical staffing services is governed by separate service agreements between ParaDocs and its clients.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of the Site, including the client portal, may require you to create an account or log in with credentials provided by ParaDocs. If you are granted access to an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or other users.

5. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks connected to the Site
  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site without our express written permission

6. Job Applications

The Site allows prospective employees to submit job applications for medical staffing positions. By submitting an application through the Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All information you provide in your application is truthful, accurate, and complete
  • You possess the certifications, licenses, and qualifications stated in your application
  • You authorize ParaDocs to verify the information you provide, including by contacting the professional references you have listed
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee employment, an interview, or any further consideration
  • ParaDocs reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason
  • Your application information may be processed and stored through our workforce management platform (ParaTrak) in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Providing false or misleading information in a job application may result in disqualification from consideration, rescission of any offer of employment, or termination of employment if already hired.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, page layout, design, and software — is the property of ParaDocs Worldwide Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The ParaDocs name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ParaDocs Worldwide Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except for temporary caching or as permitted by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, and platforms, including but not limited to ParaTrak (paratrak.app), ParaDocs IV (paradocsiv.com), ParaDocs Ambassadors (paradocsamb.org), and social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by the terms and policies of those third parties. We strongly encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you access through the Site.

9. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Site describes the medical staffing services offered by ParaDocs but does not replace professional medical consultation.

The actual provision of medical services by ParaDocs personnel at events and work sites is governed by separate service agreements between ParaDocs and its clients, applicable medical protocols, and the professional standards and licensure requirements of the jurisdictions in which services are rendered. All ParaDocs deployments are covered under our own malpractice insurance.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PARADOCS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ParaDocs does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PARADOCS WORLDWIDE INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Site
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on or linked from the Site
  • Any content obtained from or through the Site
  • Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Site exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100.00).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ParaDocs Worldwide Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Site, including but not limited to job application materials.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We encourage you to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
